THEATRE

Fresh out of finishing Year 12, Liam has gained valuable performance experience over his short career through many school and community theatre productions, as well as working professionally as an actor on the sets of television shows such as The Worst Year of My Life, Again! and The Doctor Blake Mysteries, both on ABC. In the past he has also had a taste of directing several plays with Theatre 3Triple2 at the Potato Shed and writing and directing a number of short films. Last year Liam performed his self-devised Year 12 Drama solo at the VCE season of excellence, which includes performances from the top 30 drama students in the state. Currently he is in the rehearsal process for three different projects and in the future Liam would like to work towards encouraging young actors and performers to use theatre as a creative outlet to have their voice heard.

Amber Smith is an advocate of academic art, where literature and art practice become synonymous with one another, and where research is the primary focus in shaping the direction of its content.
